NCT
The NCT is the UK's leading charity for parents. They help mums and dads each year through pregnancy, birth and the early days of parenthood. The NCT offer antenatal and postnatal classes, local supprt and reliable information to help all parents.
NCT also arrange a weekly Bumps to Babes group, every Wednesday at 11 until 12 at The Old Bus Station Cafe on the Strand in Barnstaple. It's free and Mums and Dads and babies can just turn up!
